Bids were received for the Lucas County Conservation Pin Oak Lodge replacement project on October 25, 2023. A total of two bids were submitted. The bidder submitting the lowest responsible bid is Christner Construction, Inc. of Ottumwa, Iowa. On November 1st, 2023, the Lucas County Board of Supervisors during their regularly scheduled meeting awarded the contract to Christner Contracting in the amount of $938,281.00.
