Lucas County Launches Website

posted on 12/7/21

We are pleased to launch a user-friendly and intuitive website that brings our departments and services online for the convenience of Lucas County residents, visitors, businesses, and our own staff members.

Website Features

Quick Links

One of the first things you'll see on the homepage of our website are quick links to some of our most popular and most used county services, including vehicle registration renewals and property tax payments. These quick links will change as needed throughout the year.

Search

Demo of the Lucas County website search feature. Search for "birth" brings up "birth record" page.

Below the homepage's quick links is a search tool that allows users to search for Lucas County departments, services, staff members, and more. Typing in a search term will pull up a dropdown of pages that may match what you're searching for. Select from the dropdown or press enter for a more comprehensive list of options.

e-Notifications

A quick link for a reason, our e-Notifications feature allows users to subscribe to email notifications when meeting agendas and minutes are added to the website along with options to receive notices for alerts, bid notices, jobs, and news.

Calendar

A calendar feature allows county staff to share upcoming board and commission meetings and other county-related events with the public.

Departments & Services

You can access search for specific county departments and their services through the search tool or the main navigation Departments button and dropdown. Each county department has curated information for their department and service pages to help website users more easily find information that was once only available by phone or an office visit.

Frequently Asked Questions

All departments have the option to add frequently asked questions to their department pages. You can access all frequently asked questions on our FAQ page or department-specific questions on their page (if available).

We hope you enjoy our website and find it useful and easy to navigate. Please take a few moments to explore all of its features. If you have any questions, please contact us.
